Challenge
I was signed up to contribute on a project called Compostar Orgânicos which is mainly the work of picking up organic trash and turning them into composte. The project was about making the bridge between customers and local farmers.
Solution
For that we created an online platform so costumers can chooses the products, then receive a receipt in their WhatApp with a list of all the products they reserved and informations on how to complete the payment so they can receive the product in their house without the need to go to the market. My roll was to design the costumer journey, prototype the platform and create a detailed document containing all the requirements of the project.
